About us

We welcome you to Edistää!!

At Edistää, there is a strong focus on social collaboration, working in groups, where each child is an equal participant having their thoughts and questions valued.

Our Reggio inspired curriculum also combines the best practices of Montessori and STEM based methodology to create and foster an interactive learning environment – that not only helps children form an understanding of themselves; but also find their place in the world through their interactions with others.

Our Vision

“To encourage a culture of mutual respect and learning to create independent global citizens, who are capable of innovatively finding solutions within the environment by incorporating best preschool practices around the world”.

OUR TEAM

Children have a hundred ways of thinking, of discovering, of learning. Through drawing and sculpting, through dance and movement, through painting and pretend play, through modelling and music and that each one of these hundred languages is valued and nurtured at Edistää. Our role as adults is to observe children, listen to their questions and provide children with opportunities to explore these interests further. The bond that teachers and our support staff share with the children reflects the warmth, love, and culture of our school.
